B) What's with the attack? This person came in here to answer your question and you respond by f'ing and blinding at them? - Again, their response is correct and accurate. You not liking the answer doesn't warrant attacking them.

Clearly, you have missed scenes with Admiral Souther previously. Seeing as you didn't even realise he was an Admiral it's not unlikely you've forgotten all of his scenes when he was acting as UN Fleet Admiral on Earth, and having discussions / disagreements with Errinwright and Avasarala previously (i.e. how, why and when he stood down and how, why and when Nyguen became Commander of the Fleet in the first place). <- That's where the answers lie to your question, the write up that I and this other poster have provided here is based on those scenes, if you can't recall them, you should rewatch them.
