If I am not mistaken you need to have a friend use a rusty rebel. If you do the dupe glitch the game will register the dupe car as a street car, therefor causing the 45 minute wait trigger. The rusty rebel on the other hand, is a bought PV and will therefor bypass the 45 min wait. option 2

1.make invite only lobby(just easier to do in)

2.invite friend(sorry you guys hate this one, most the time I do too)

3.own Unit 2 popular st 10 car garage(it works on all garages but I found this location to be the easiest to perform the glitch)

4.fill your bicycle rack with bikes(cheaper the better they will be used in the process) 5.grab a streetcar and store the streetcar in the garage

6.have your friend park the car you wish to dupe on the building directly across from the garage, on the right side of the doors, in-between the gray patches ([IMG]http://i58.tinypic.com/sxcbhd.jpg[/IMG] best i can do atm sorry for crappy pic)

1. have friend set to car to passengers.

8.Verify that you can jump into the car without using door(if it is an insurgent/4 door car you will need to make sure you block off the driver-side rear passenger seat in order for this to work. use a streetcar/Pegasus to do this) ** if the character is not jumping in the car it will not work. 9.take the streetcar that you stored and get it impounded(police show up faster if you have friend snitch on you aka. call 911 in your phone for popos) 10.after car is impounded friend should make a closed mission and you should head to garage to the bike rack 11.select a bicycle to get on, when you attempt to do this it should prompt you with the screen"are you sure you want to do this, doing so will destroy your impounded vehicle. STAY HERE 12. friend in closed lobby then sends a invite through the console(not in-game invite) 13. accept the invite and wait about 13 Mississippi's, mash a button(if done right, you should accept the invite and the prompt asking about the impounded vehicle. 14. once you are fully loaded into the mission leave. when you are put back into the lobby it should be really glitchy for you. press y until you are in the vehicle( somtimes if will put you kind of far from the car and its hard to move around in this mode. just keep trying to head to the car and press y you will jump to it no doubt.) 15. once in car drive into your garage and your friend will appear back on the street. le fin this will bypass the 45 min wait and los santos is right down the street.
