[QUESTION] Meeting a friend later for a jam, need some help with blues jamming

So I think I'm good with that part but it's just the actual progressions, like can anybody reccomend any?

Well, the I-IV-V is the progression. The most common for guitar is in either E or A.

In E it would be E,A,B. In A it would be A, D, E.

And also like how do I make those two things sound like the blues?

In terms of the chords, you will want a simple blues rhythm that you can find in countless blues stables.

In terms of the lead guitar, the pentatonic scale is going to more than enough for your first jam.

Just any tips for jamming the blues really thanks guys. Oh and it'll be acoustic too.

Try to play your lead guitar lines as if it is someone singing 'basic' blues lyrics. Even hum along as you're doing it, it really helps.
