It would be both cruel and callous to force a women to give birth to a child she did not consent to. Forcing a women to give birth to a child conceived in her own rape is an unbearable mental strain and is psychological scarring.

There is no good reason to proceed with a pregnancy when the woman’s life is in serious danger. Potential life should not be more valued then actual life. To force someone to give up their right to live and right to self-defense during pregnancy would be violation of basic human rights.
