If nicotine is factually haram, then that makes soft drinks are haram as well because of their side effects. They are a waste of money, provide no nutrition, and are harmful. I am not encouraging anyone to smoke, and if that’s how you understood my stance then I don’t think your English is proficient. How on Earth are you going to cite a Wikipedia source and call it reliable? Your arguments sound more personal than factual. Intoxicants like cannabis, opium, cocaine, and alcohol are haram. There is no source that says stimulants are haram. Caffeine, for example, is a stimulant. I can also provide you with sources that show the benefits of nicotine if you aren’t too ignorant to read them in the first. “Many Maliki scholars”, you have no proof of this either, do you even know how to debate?
