I think I kind of understand what you're saying; a character's attractiveness is usually more than just facial/body looks and also has to do with their character's personality and tastes in clothing?
Anyway, as a 20-something lady, here's a few male characters I think are pretty sexy:

All in all, I seem to be divided between strong mature sensitive guy types and the smarmy roguish scoundrel types.
