I have an Apadravya piercing, and I've had it for about 14 years now. The apadravya is the piercing that goes vertically through the glans of the penis, and mine is trans-urethral which keeps it much cleaner than otherwise (urine being sterile fresh).

I have worn a barbell for most of the piercing's existence, which means I have a ball on top and bottom of the head of my dick that I can interchange with different sizes. The barbell pushes on the G-spot in most positions and my lady absolutely loves it, as have most of my partners in the past.

I have recently started wearing a 1" diameter CBR in the piercing, which adds an extra 1" of penetrative length to my shaft and still runs against the G-spot since it's a rigid extension, but much smoother than the barbell.

I get a lot of extra sensation from the jewelry as well, since the nerves in the glans healed around the fistula, which means when the barbell/CBR moves I feel it pleasantly. Most of the time I will wear a titanium barbell so that the weight is negligible.

The apadravya is a serious piercing however. My piercing took almost a minute... think about that. The first part, the prince albert, was easy. The piercing was pushed through into a receiving tube, then lined up straight with the glans and pushed through for the second part of the piercing. The needle was then twisted to saw through the glans, since it is a VERY tough piece of meat to pierce. It was then stretched from 14 (piercing needle) to 12 (jewelry) to "cork" the piercing and prevent bleeding.

After that minute of excruciating pain it was just a dull throb for a day or so and then a long healing period (I was having sex with a condom within three months, healed in six).

Right now I have it stretched to 4 guage. I am very happy at a 4, and feel that at that diameter I have never had any risk of tearing no matter how vigorously it is used.

In short, my ladies love it. I love it. The apadravya is awesome.
