If you want to be a random employee at the park, Then the pay will not be much

If you want to enter the professional area in corporate offices then the pay is great and so are the benefits. I believe most of their corporate stuff is done in LA though. I have known a few lawyers to work there but you can only advance so much as an attorney there but you will still get a great salary.

As for entertainment for tv/movies, that will always be considered a lottery ticket. I have known some people who have produced some Disney tv shows and nothing big has come after that and then one of my dads friends has one emmys and works on major sporting events for abc and ESPN.
