Questions from a new fan

A good team has the right type of people. Mercedes being a pristine example. The best strategists that have the upper hand to rivals, the quickest pit stop crew, and the best engineers to work on the cars. I'd say it's how the driver can handle the pressure during the race, and it's not just about the car. A good driver is consistent in qualifying and has good results on race day. To be excited for the new season I usually just hope for the unexpected, especially in the midfield. I didn't think Ferrari were gonna be back in the top 10 but they are now, and I didn't think RedBull would have an even better car than last year. You should pay attention when it's the strategy game on race day, one example being when a driver in P2 comes into the pits and the leader is yet to stop.
