Quick info regarding Saras weight! This post is in her PT highlights on Instagram. Clearly states her weight at the start of 2022 was 72kg giving her a BMI of about 28. 29 is considered obese. Not a hate post just giving info on a woman whose whole career is slandering obese women.

If she is around my height of 5'3 (I don't follow her, so I don't know her height) she should be around 110lb-130lb. That is considered a healthy weight for that height range. I do know muscle, bone structure and breasts also add to it. Bur if she is 158lb or 72kg, that is considered chubby and overweight. I'm glad she's working out and into fitness. But she should not be eating 2022 calories at all for weight-loss. She should be eating roughly 1400-1600 calories for a weight-loss. Unless she is extremely active and on her feet non-stop, she should not be eating that much if she expects muscle tone and weight-loss. She also needs to lower the sodium intake, if she wants to look more toned and have her muscles actually show. I'm not making fun of her or her body. In fact, she has about the same body as mine where the fat is. My legs are pretty chubby, like hers. My arms are soft, like hers. She has that little line on her lower belly like mine. I point the similarities out, to show I'm not making fun of her, because we are roughly the same in body type and chubbiness. I'm also on a weight-loss journey and my goal is 135lb by June and 120lb as my maintaining weight. So if she is low active or moderately active. She shouldn't be eating above 1500 calories. 2022 calories are for athletes and people who are constantly working out and moving. I don't think she's as active as she thinks she is and she won't lose any of the pudge unless she cuts calories.
