Honestly though, I wouldn't take anything from a potential mother. Human or animal. I know sometimes it's hard to think that deeply about the connection between us and other forms of life. Or even the intelligence of other forms of life. We live very entitled lifestyles. But motherhood is universal. I'm sure the eggs are very special to them.

The world is really uncool right now. Look at dairy. If I wouldn't want a friend to be forcefully artificially inseminated, or raped and then have her child taken from her at birth and go back to her cage having her body used and tugged at for the rest of her existence to produce milk until someone else decided she was ready to die. I wouldn't wish it upon a person, I wouldn't wish it or support it bring done to an animal either.
