I quit today as well. I was only on Day 3. I didn't really care for the environment at my location. Everybody seemed agitated and depressed. Had a manager give a speech today about how the job sucks so much that he went home and beat his wife. Rather than train us, he went on for about 20 minutes about the situation. The other manager did nothing but gripe about the job and complain about other employees. Said that we're not a Union but he encourages all of us to strike for better pay.

Yeahhh, I went on break. Used PTO for the rest of my shift. Definitely not going back. I only worked 2 and a half days and I feel empty. Now, I've worked in a warehouse before. I loved it. I thought Amazon would be better than the last. I'm sure other places are better and it's all about the management, but the enviroment was so toxic that it's not worth it. It just baffles me that I noticed it in such little time. I can see why the location is constantly hiring. I trained with 7 people. Today, there was only one other person and me. Now I'm gone.
