I want to quit eating fish and take fish oil supplements instead. Fishes are having it rough out there in the oceans these past years.

I don't eat sweets since 2017 and all sweets comes in all sorts of plastic packages (straws don't even exist in my life, I drink water only), no pork and cow meats, only chicken. I'm considering quitting dairy also since it's not a necessary food. I didn't eat dairy either too much this past year. I'm a minimalist, own only the necessary in my room and eat cooked food, I never eat out nor buy fast food which also come in plastic bags. No driving license + no car. I went digital with my PS4 games, since disks in plastic cases are a waste of space and resources also.

That's as much as I can do for the environment and for my health of course.

Now I'm interested in this only since supplements been on my mind lately.
