I don't mind working a lot. Once I'm in the groove, I can do 12 hours a day and it doesn't feel like work. 8 hour days are killing me with so much context switching.

I don't like that I don't get to take on more responsibility and bigger projects at work. I'm a woman, so I feel like they kinda pigeonhole me into certain type of roles and don't really give me other type of work. Like I always get shit that nobody else wants to do. I've been complaining for many month now in my 1 on 1s. But nothing was done, until I pretty much alluded to finding work elsewhere and straight up saying I stopped growing. But I feel like it's a little too late. They all talk about keeping employees happy and shit, but it seems just a corporate gimmick.
