Yeah, that's not good they didn't you basic amenities. If it's a dangerous and chaotic place to work, I understand why someone would quit. But to be frank, businesses run tight, especially during this global recession. I can't cast any stones, I've dipped on work before (since we're in this sub we probably have similar issues) and caused absolute mayhem lol

Unless you own stock in the business, they don't owe you anything other than wages in return for helping make the business a profit , you're there for work even if the situation is less than ideal and even unfair. That's the way the cookie crumbles. But depending how severe our AVPD and idiosyncrasies are, there can be extenuating circumstances.
