I quit my job a year ago to study programming and I just landed my first software engineering role. AMA!

I'm kind of where you were a year ago. Graduated in Biochem, planning on med school, but having doubts. GPA is good enough, but I still need to take the MCAT. But...I've been thinking about going back for a B.S. in Computer Science.

Problem is, the engineering/programming courses are tough. I'm confident I can pass them, but Bs/Cs are likely instead of As. Meaning, if I take one semester of courses and get Bs/Cs in all of them, my GPA is pretty much done for med school and I'll be forced to go the CS route, which would suck if I then decide I don't want to do CS and instead want to try for medical school.

I'm just kind of frozen right now with inaction, not sure which direction to go.
