Quit on Black Friday and left them hanging

Not to pin the blame on Best Buy, or Wal-Mart for creating union hate. But a lot of unions do suck ass. The one thats big in the Chicago area for the grocery stores is a prime example. If there was an issue that was brought to them, they would say something to the store/company and thats about it. 98% of the problems I experienced at the store I was with went on deaf ears, and they believed the first answer that the store owner/managers would give the rep. Also didn't help the union rep was buddy buddy with management so of course, issues come up a blind eye was turned away. After having ridiculous amounts of proof that I brought to the head of the union about the rep and everything else he responded with "Well what am I suppose to do about it?".

That line ruined unions, at least this particular one. It doesn't help that this country is slowly phasing out unions, and they barely have holding power at it is with the way the current laws are situated.
