Quitting a job after a month

It's daunting, sure, but I'm certain it isn't the first time the company's experienced this, nor will it be its last.

If you've already established a good rapport with your colleagues and superiors, then I'd advise resigning in person to lessen the chances of burning any bridges. Also, any experience is good experience.

You don't need to go into any detail. It's none of their business. Simply explain that while you're appreciative for the opportunity and experience, you're navigating alternative paths/incompatible, or whatever. It doesn't have to be in-depth. The worst case scenario you're thinking of is unlikely to happen.

Also, congratulations on getting your desired job.
