Your child will be bi racial do you really want help from someone like her? Esp without addressing the issues deeper? I don’t want to sound rude but plenty of people raise family without help. I am also due in summer we will have 0 help from family. Most people just do it and have no issues. Is it nice to have help yes? But you can do it on your own like most people do.

This is the case you can’t have your cake and eat it too. At what point are you comfortable moral wise? I am not. I would address the comment with the sister if she dosen’t help so what? If wife never had a sister you guys won’t have kid? What happens if sth happens to the sister ? Do you plan your life around who can help?
