I don't have horses anymore but I rode and trained for years.

I started out at a hunter barn for a few years, then we moved and when I was 10 I started working for a guy who trained the last horses for the US calvary, when he retired from the military he started a little horse farm breeding working Arabians for cutting, barrel racing, endurance rides, etc. I learned how to start horses from him and worked there training and breeding horses until I was eighteen.

I also took lessons at that time at a combined training farm, and was involved in pony club and mounted games.

When I was 18 I started working on a farm that specialized in Dressage, and bred Bashkir Curly horses. I was there for around 18 months, and lived at the farm.

After that I started, trained, and bred horses and taught lessons until I took a really bad fall and messed up my back.

I'd love to ride with somebody, I hurt my back awhile ago (riding, of course) so I don't get on green horses but if somebody has a mostly chill horse I could use I'd love to hop on and ride with other people. I still have my dressage and synthetic western saddle that fit most horses.

We used to take our horses down to Watson Mill park all the time (we were in Madison county at the time), they have really nice horse trails.
