Weight loss is about 80% diet and 20% exercise.
You can have the best workout routine in the world and you can be mega consistent about doing it 5 or 6 days a week. If you don't first address what you're putting in your mouth, you're wasting your time.
Get plenty of protein, eliminate all added sugar if you can (or at the very least try not to get more than about 20g a day - which is about half a single can of coke), eat plenty of fruit & vet (but a lot more veg than you do fruit), cut out refined carbs - so switch to wholegrain bread and pastas etc rather than white.
