r/funny poster uses the term "pregnant people"

Well it's going to continue to be the bare minimum in most cases if trans people continue to have that kind of hostile attitude. I can't very well do much more if my patients assume that I'm the bad guy because I'm a straight white male, and honestly that seems to be the attitude I run into too often. At the very least many of these patients seem extremely withdrawn and unwilling to have a conversation about anything. I get it, there are a number of reasons why these patients distrust the system, but at some point it's creating barriers to care that I don't have the resources to break down despite the fact that I had nothing to do with creating those barriers in the first place. It's just frustrating, and it doesn't benefit anyone.
