I'll address the second point as it's the only one that matters but it's pretty obvious what I'm getting at, I'm not talking about/suggesting a conspiracy or denying the rights of a private company to do what they want with their website. For you to deny that personal experiences don't come into play in a company run by people is ridiculous.

You've accepted the fact that what is/isn't damaging varies between people yet somehow come to the conclusion that online harassment "does no damage".

I obviously meant little damage, if I was to add "little" or "physical" in front of it would that make you feel better? Damage based around perception is different than damage based around a knife attack. One will objectively hurt you and the other will hurt you based on your perception. The problem is with the blanket term "damage". I thought it was obvious when I said this

wish people would realise that mean words don't have to effect you but in a society where the majority of people are shielded from the harms and outright savageness of other people this is what we get. Skewed priorities.

Emphasis on the skewed priorities.

Anyway I guess we're just going to disagree on the subject, I'm fine with that if you are. Thanks for being at least constructive instead of shaming and brow beating me for thinking differently like what happens on the majority of this website.
