Somin was in April from the end of August 2015 to November 2015, practically only 2 months and a couple of days. Somin was barely associated with April, due to her very short span. She joined KARD in 2017, 4 years before Hyunjoo’s brother came out with the allegation.

Hyunjoo was in April until October 2016.

The allegations were clearly mainly aimed at the remaining members of April, who had been working with her throughout. And even then, besides Hyunjoo’s brother, there is nothing to go off of.

The four members actually sat down and talked (in a public interview) about the bullying allegations, and how they’re being cornered as evil people even though they didn’t do anything.

How does it make sense for people to demonize Somin while she was in the group for practically 2 months, and established herself in another group before the bullying allegations even came out. Also whilst lacking evidence and after the company and all the girls publicly denies the rumor.
