/r/MechanicalKeyboards What Keyboard, Switches and/or Keys Do I Buy

I am looking for any suggestions on a new keyboard that has macros on the right side of the keyboard. Current keyboard: https://i.imgur.com/I1fAv7s.jpg

I can't buy my current keyboard anymore. It only came included when you bought a computer from ibuypower. I've recently checked and they seemed to have changed the keyboard they include with a computer purchase, so it's definitely no longer an option.

I'm a fairly casual gamer who uses their mouse in their left hand, so I have found it easier to use the keypad for hotkeys when gaming. The macro buttons to the right of the keypad I've remapped to give me more keybinds, and I really do not want to lose those five extra keybinds.

I've tried the Logitech G13, and really couldn't get use to it. So I am hoping to find a new keyboard with programmable keys to the right of the keypad.

I am already using a mouse with programmable keys, so I really am just looking for a keyboard that I can replace with the one that came with my computer when I had it built. It's not a mechnical keyboard, so the membranes are being worn out. I've already had to swap some of the keypad ones out.

The keyboard can be mechanical or non-mechanical. My limit would be around $150 for a keyboard, but ideally not that much. I was also told to look into macropads, but they seem very expensive. Thanks in advance.
