I agree with you but there are going to be many people that do not. I've been here for 8 years and few years back, I could hit $1000 a month pretty easily. I have not made that much in quite a while. Mturk was slowing down before the Covid 19 pandemic and has only gotten worse since then. It's basically a double whammy since both schools and businesses remain closed and there are now a bazillion people looking for online work. Anybody and everybody who ever had a Mechanical Turk is probably back online using it and I'm sure plenty of people are applying for accounts. I'm not much for doing batches and as far as surveys go, I have to return more than 1/2 of the ones I accept because they just don't pay enough. Sometimes the pay is so low it's insulting. Supply and demand I suppose.
