  1. Florida, U.S.
  2. I'm usually available whenever I get to use my computer. Usually during days with no school. I don't think I can dedicate a lot of time, though.
  3. No, I have never been a mod before.
  4. Never used any of them.
  5. Upvotes only decide how popular a story is, but if a story violates the rules, it should be taken down.
  6. I read /r/nosleep sometimes.
  7. It violates the rules, so it should be removed. 8.The offending user should be warned that being hostile to other users won't be tolerated, and that they could be banned from the subreddit if they continue. 9.Spam makes me irrationally angry. Also hypocrites.
  8. I think having links to social media sites makes the story a lot less realistic. 11.I would remove any comments the narrator makes if they die in the story. 12.I have no idea, but it sounds horrible. No, it should NEVER be on /r/nosleep 13.I would explain to the user what got the story to be deleted and what rules were violated.
  9. Essential elements of a story involve some plot, and it has to be realistic in some way. 15.The “Everything is true here, even if it’s not” rule exists to prevent people from calling stories on nosleep fake. 16.Creepypasta is NOT allowed on nosleep, so Slenderman posts would be deleted.
  10. I would keep the post up, since 498 is only 2 words away from 500. 18."Believeable within reason" means that a story follows it's own rules and actually makes the story look like it actually happened.
  11. If the story by the different user looks like a clear repost, then it should be deleted. 20.The popular user can only advertise his book once a week in nosleep AND if said user spends more time making posts in nosleep instead of advertising. 21.No. None of the stories in nosleep are real, BUT we have to read and respond to them as if they were real.
  12. Realistic fiction is a fake story made to look like it could happen in real life. 23.I like the kind of horror that messes with your mind. 24.I think it depends on the rules violated. Up to 10 times if a user commits minor offenses, but up to 3 times if it is a major offense. I would give them a warning after every 2 deletions. 25.I would discuss with the moderator and ask why he thinks the story doesn't belong in nosleep, and agree on a final decision together.
  13. Copypasta, reposts, and being disrespectful to others. 27.I think I'd be good for nosleep because I like seeing how creative the stories on nosleep can get.
