The /r/Nutrition Personal Nutrition Discussion Post (October 07, 2019) - All personal circumstance questions and evals pretaining to what you eat or might eat must use this post

Here is what I’ve eaten (and how many times) during the last 2 weeks. I haven’t been trying to eat healthily at all, as you’ll see, just tracking my typical eating habits:

Breakfast: nothing (3), protein bar and sometimes ice cream (3), sandwich with apple juice (1), granola bar (2), mac & cheese (1), chips (1), pastry with apple juice (1), snack pack with almonds, cheese, apples, and carrots (1), a pancake (1).

Lunch: sandwich and sometimes fruit and/or crackers (3), pizza with vegetables and ranch (3), pizza with fruit and sometimes a cookie (5), bubble tea (1), cheese stuffed breadsticks with fruit (1), mac & cheese (1).

Dinner: mac & cheese (1), a taco (4), sandwich and sometimes chips or mac & cheese (5), chips and sometimes fruit snacks (2), pizza (1), Taco Bell (1).

Snacks: none (5), a protein bar (1), a protein bar and a granola bar (1), cereal with milk (1), candy/sugary stuff (5), candy and chips (1).

What I’m looking for is to eat WAY healthier (what I eat now is awful, clearly) but it needs to be super convenient or I won’t stick with it. Let’s be real, I’m not going to stand at the stove every night (I’m a college student so I don’t even have time for that, nor want to) or meal prep weekly. I’m open to anything as long as it’s quick and easy.
