What is and isn't funny is subjective. I find edgy humor funny, and I am a guy whose family did get almost wiped out in the holocaust. "Rest of the world" is a bit of an exaggeration. Have you seen actual racists? I doubt they only joke about that shit, or you know, do the things he does.
Wouldn't say his personality is dogshit, though that is subjective. A little childish? Yeah probably, but as a person I don't see that he's done anything wrong to hate him for. He's certainly done more than you for the well-being of people around the world.
