When COVID hit the bar asked for and received permission to use the square for its business. I'm getting hustled off public benches in what is basically my friend yard so this bar can make money. So now I can't sit there quietly doing nothing because that's effectively illegal, i can't buy a cheap can of beer someplace else and sit there because that's illegal, i can't roll a god damn joint and go down there and smoke it cause that's illegal.
