Planning a solo 2 week Europe itinerary - what should I choose next?

I have 2 weeks vacation and was planning on visiting Europe in early June. I just can’t decide where!

I’m 24 and this would be my first time doing hostel style travel. I work as a software engineer so I’m trying to get out and meet people.

And although I don’t want to be partying 24/7, I do want to get out of my comfort zone and party a little. I never got to party in college. I want to do it while I’m still relatively young

Wants:

  • Tons of sightseeing, beautiful views and architecture
  • Warm climate and beaches are a plus. But not totally required
  • Good hostel/social scene (parties are a plus)

Idk how to narrow down the places I’m interested in seeing. Ive already been to Paris, London, Prague, and Vienna. So far the places that interest me are:

  • Amsterdam, NL and nearby Belgium (Bruges, Ghent, Antwerp). Amsterdam seems cool because of all the museums and beautiful rivers, and Bruges just looks like straight out of a storybook.

  • Berlin, Germany (heard great things about the clubs, but besides that doesn’t seem very interesting to me at first glance). Not as nice scenery. I could be wrong tho!

  • Budapest, Hungary. Like Berlin with cool Ruin bars. But not as scenic as like Greek islands or parts of Spain/Italy.

  • Spain and Portugal in general. Feel like it has a good mix of beauty, party, sightseeing.

  • Italy, same as Spain. Although I hear the hostel scene isn’t as good there?

  • Greece, this looks so freaking beautiful (especially Santorini, but is it good for solo traveling or is more for couples?)

Others that seem cool: Scotland, Croatia, Slovenia, Turkey, and Southern France.

Budget: $8,000 but I doubt I would get anywhere near that.
