I used a gift card to put money into my steam wallet, but now steam is telling me that the card is new so the funds are frozen for 3 days. Of course they charged the card already, but I can't do anything with my wallet now. I went through the steam support catastrophe and it just kept sending me to FAQs. I can't verify the card because the "bank" won't accept the verification charges from steam (probably because steam already took all the money from the card, convenient). So I can't use MY money and steam won't provide contact information for a real person. This reeks of theft and sketchy business practices. They aren't a bank, fuck them for holding money that doesn't belong to them. Anyone have some way to contact steam?
