/r/steam Weekly Community Support Thread.

Hello, recently i've gotten my Steam account permenantly disabled apparently for "hijacking" Someone tried to recover my account a few times and access which lead to it being disabled permenantly

The problem here is that i have over 30000$+ in skins on my account and this is making me insane i dont know how to get my account back or how to access it, i can login but it gives me a red alert and i can't trade or do anything! I have all the information including visa, first purchase, id with my selfie, first email, everything it's my account but steam is refusing to give me my account back they keep closing my ticket and say that they can't help me!

I mean why?? Im the original owner and i have alot of valuable items and i have totally secured and cleaned my PC now and i want it back why can't i have it back? This is really unfair!

Here is what they reply to me everytime i ask to get it back

And this is what i got after proving it was me with everything they asked me for!
