You are completely right in that this was very wrong and Fragnance himself owns up to it being wrong.

But I also feel that we must stress something - this was a long time ago. It doesnt take away what happened but what Im trying to say is that people are capable of change in that time, especially for a person in their formative years.

Im a man too. Im disgusted reading these things too. But Im now closing in on 30, Ive seen, experienced, felt and lived through a lot of things since my early twenties. I have changed a lot. The world has changed a lot.

Its possible that Fragnance has too. What he did 6-7 years ago was wrong. Going by his own response, I get the feeling he is well aware of that and he doesnt try to blame anything but himself for it.
