Racial Diversity, Columbus, 2010

I wonder what this will look like in 2020 or even 2030. Whitehall is no longer majority white, and Reynoldsburg will likely soon follow. Many suburbs like Pickerington, Westerville, Dublin, and especially Pataskala/Etna are getting more diverse. Every neighborhood bordering or immediately proximate to downtown (OTE, Franklinton, milo-grogan, near south, etc.) is likely going to continue to gentrify and become completely different. The black population is also still concentrated on the eastern half of the city, but the hilltop is getting wayyy more diverse than it used to be, and as the city core gentrifies I bet you can expect to see some of that diversity arrive in Grove City, Hilliard, etc.
