New players should be awarded powerful cards at a much faster rate with the change. Novice cards were often confusing to new players and served almost no purpose, as none of them were ever close to being good enough to include in a constructed deck. Immediately being awarded with a Divine Fervor instead of having to live with a Divine Conviction right now should make it easier for newer players to jump into PVP games without feeling like they're at as much of a disadvantage compared to experienced players.
