Imagine discussing the issue on a global sense (talking about Africa) and still thinking white people are a majority.

Lots of educated people in Africa. Lots of motivated people to work in Africa. You know what the real problem is? The other half of the population and workforce are lazier than the laziest fucks you know in Europe or North America.

Imagine owning a company and paying a good wage to the locals in whatever African country you're in. Now Imagine that the wage you pay is so good the locals only need to work a couple days a MONTH to survive. Now imagine them working for those 3 days and actually fucking off for the rest of the month.

That is literally what it's like trying to find employees in a lot of areas in Africa.
