Hey doods and doodettes I’ve recently gotten into urban exploration as well as investigating paranormal phenomena in abandoned places! I currently reside in the Jacksonville NC area and am having a real tough time finding places that ARENT 6 hours or more away! There’s one cool place I’ve been a few times in Aberdeen, NC, an abandoned nursing facility deep in the woods behind a carpet store. (Comment for deets) this place was pretty cool the first few times around and VERY active as far as paranormal investigating BUT is a little too small and damaged from the hurricane Last September for some good urban exploration. Sooo yeah! If anyone has any sweet abandoned places near or within a couple hours of Jacksonville, NC either for UE or ghost huntin, let ya boy know!
