And in terms of game console emulation, this is going to be more of the same Vega garbage which can't hold a candle to a GTX 750ti.
I ran a Vega for a year, waiting for AMD to fix the hard-locks and general freezes, patching in their code and recompiling drives, until finally they admitted that they won't:
Would have been nice if they'd just told me upfront "Don't waste your time doing all this, we won't fix it", before I spent days troubleshooting, before my card had lost half it's value, making the inevitable move back to Nvidia cost me more.
