Lived in a good and newly built government society, good parks and walkways for morning and evening walks. New towers opened and a NGO worker and her daughter shifted there, must be husband's flat, they started feeding dogs everyday two times, going on the whole society with a trolley and now, it's a mess, everywhere you see are dogs, you can't even walk peacefully, there are 5-6 dogs on every turn and even though, I'm a guard dog owner, I keep my distance from them too, they bark and follow, too dangerous for kids. And not surpisinly enough, many kids, young or teens, have been bitten by them.

See, even though I love dogs and I've worked for NGO as well, I despise this behaviour to make a perfectly gated newly and well built community into a mess.
