Raja tries to start a Flamewar between /r/tf2 and the Youtube community, with Mr Paladin in the comments supporting him

I was waiting for a post like this to come up, a post that won't get much exposure since most people have moved on but a post that's still valuable because those who are curious will be able to get closure on the topic.

First off, i'd like to thank you for taking the time really analyze the entire video word per word because that shows how much you care about what someone has to say about the TF2 Community, which coincidentally is what the entire video was about; discussing toxicity in the community. And judging by the title, it fees like this post is proving my point.

There is no such thing as a TF2 YouTube community or a TF2 Reddit community, we are all together in the overall TF2 community, there just happens to be different platforms that we discuss TF2 in. There was no intention or thought to incite a "flame war" as you put it, and Mr.Paladin had no ulterior motive to support your "flame war".

I was using the reddit post about least liked YouTubers as a means to transition into different points that can be discussed, and it also happened to spark dialogue from Mr.Paladin that he decided to share on his own. If you really look through the comment section of the video, you can see a lot of people talking about their different experiences with toxic behavior in the TF2 community and I think opening up discussion for it is a great way to raise awareness in the community.

Now before I look into more of your criticism about me, i'd like to explain how you are participating in what I called in the video, the Reddit circlejerk.

... I've met him myself and he's an asshole.

I'm sure other comments will elaborate on this if you want to know more.

You literally called someone that you didn't like out, exactly like I did in the video but unlike letting the opinion stand, you call on the others on this site who share that sort of opinion, and it becomes a successive circlejerk that eventually becomes toxic. Which describes Reddit exactly as I say in the video.

Onto what you had to say, I don't respond to criticism regarding my videos or your opinion on then, I feel like as someone who creates content, it's up to the viewer to provide critique and feedback and the choice then falls on me to act on it. But there were interesting points you brought up where I actually did mess up!

You are a famous TFTuber. Either play in locked lobbies or don't be surprised when people follow you into servers, hunt you down, and single you out. You made a name for yourself. If you can't deal with the aftermath of that, including hate, don't play the game.

You're so right about that, which is why I talked out a deal with a server manager to start hosting matches. This way, I can avoid the problems I talked about in the video related to me getting focused out.

I think that <66% being over 16 is wonderful. It means we have a mature community, and it's not like Youtube has a better one.

It's like comparing green apples and red apples.

You haven't done anything for this community except make videos, and as you point out later, there are PLENTY of people waiting to take your place when you are done. Don't grow an ego over your job, it's a bad habit.

Send over the next dude with an Indian accent, i'd be glad to slap on a crown and send him on his way :)
