It really depends on your end goal and how much concrete you’re willing to use. From my understanding, poured earth is a mix of concrete and graded soil while rammed earth is generally graded soil tamped down (with option of a concrete mix).

You also have to consider tensile and compressive strength, location you’re building, all the requirements of the site.

For aesthetic, I tend to prefer the layered look of rammed earth vs the blocks of poured earth, but that’s also personal preference. It’s a rather general question to really provide a detailed answer without writing a book. I recommend providing more detail or doing individual research or both. All the best, homie!
