I ran 32 mph today

Not trying to be a dick but the likelyhood that you got even remotely close to 30 mph is effectively zero percent.

First, the conditions under which you're testing are not scientific.

If you were already involved in serious athletics, someone would have already noticed your talent, being that youre supposedly much faster than the fastest man in the world.

And if youre not involved in serious athletics, theres literally zero chance youre going to accidentally break the top human speed ever recorded without a coach and a professional training regimen.

And when that record is broken it will be by something like 1/50 mph not 5mph.

32 mph is simply not physiologically possible for humans to achieve.
