Political ideology has existed long before 2014. Social media has amplified differences and the divide that has been created.

What you see is simply a manifestation of the social media mindset plus politics. The problem isnt with liberalism or conservatives but that how people have forgotten how to reconcile or talk. Or to reach out.

Stop consuming social media, reddit or twitter. Tune out of politics for 4-5 months. It will do you good.

If you keep this up, you'll only become more resentful, hateful. And this is not because of your ideas or being right leaning but because social media will make you hate.

Online political discussions are the most useless and brain dead thing one can do.
