A rant about why we're failing

Can't relate to you on the business side as I don't have a business and I'm not too young to be thinking about that but if there's one thing I've learnt in my somewhat short (15) years, a lack of self confidence is negligence, you are more than capable of this, me a stranger has every dose of belief in you, do you think these other entrepreneurs had it easy? Richard Branson used to call up different people and read them out magazines every day, do you think he liked it, of course he didn't. He did it for a reason, he had a goal, no matter what role you play in the business you have a goal, your goals and aspirations feed life into the business. This is displayed through your self confidence and esteem and it portrays how passionate you are about the business and this really shines to potential customers/consumers and that's what will give the business the edge over some competitors. If you have a positive outlook on things it will increase your productivity in hand and it will give a more positive image of the business. Don't forget this, good luck
