A portion of JC kids are liddat . You can create the "aura" that he is the one wrong ,not you. Try teach him or tell him things when other people is around. And then start push the tasks to him. When he fucked up , you can start to confront him and tell your friend to mock him. "See, jc kid looks so smart but cannot even complete such simple task". Mock him at every single small thing that you can mock at. Then it will be his hell instead.

This one really need to play with social psychology. Start this within your good friends that can support you, and then move on to more and more people , let all knows this jc kid is actually dumb, then start to mock him infront of the commanders. Exposing all his incapability. His mental will go down really bad and learn the lesson of his life.
