[rant] I never thought I would hate myself so much

I am a former IB student and even though I wasn't the best in my class, or the hardest worker, and most definitely not the smartest, I went through all the same emotions you're currently going through. I had extra pressure because one of my parents had an important role in the school I attended, so I always had this shadow behind me of having to be "up to par".

It's been 5 years since I finished the IB exam and... still haven't found a use for it until this very day. It just looks nice on the curriculum / portfolio. Don't make such a big deal of the IB. It's extremely hard and tedious and even makes you question your mere existence out of stress and frustration.

I'm currently employed as a lead programmer in Android for an educational institute (oh, the irony) in Canada, I do web-design as a job while I'm studying a career in Videogame design and development. Don't stress over a dumb exam like the IB is.

TL;DR: It's just an exam, you'll get over it soon enough :)
