Yeah that was what I was going to write.

This guy is shocked/upset no one stopped to see if he was okay after a coal-rolling diesel rolled by? "See if I was okay"...from the smoke from a truck passing by you?

What should I call an EMT when someone blows a fart this guys way?

I definitely agree that coal-rolling is insanely obnoxious...but, yeah, I don't know what world this guy lives in where anyone is going to stop and treat it like a crime. They do news reports all the time where people don't even stop in parks when someone is getting mugged/attacked, and he's upset someone didn't stop because some smoke got blown toward the sidewalk he was on.
