Rant Wednesday

Are you a man? That is very low. I eat 1500 for maintenance and I am a 5'1, 130 lb female. Granted, I train very heavy but if you are working out, that doesn't seem healthy (I also have an office job). What are your macros? I am not a nutritionist ( maybe talk to one or try a program like RP for a bit) but I know eating too low calories can slow your metabolism, making it more difficult to lose weight forcing to even further restrict your caloric intake.

Maybe after this cut, reverse diet and slowly increase your caloric intake to well above 2,000, so when you cut, you only have to restrict a few hundred calories to still lose weight.

Here is some info on reverse dieting. I am sure you can research more https://www.bodybuilding.com/content/the-ultimate-guide-to-reverse-dieting.html.

This is if you are a man above 150 lbs. If not, disregard.
