Thanks. I’m glad you seem to know my background and knowledge of fitness and also seem to think of yourself as an expert. I’m lucky to have you to educate me.

You’re excluding a LOT of perspective here because you’re extremely biased. People also come here for advice and guidance with fitness. Half the questions that get asked about routines, suggestions are met with just “try a powerlifting program” regardless of knowledge of goals.

There’s also a voting system which puts comments that reinforce the circlejerk front and center. This reinforces the issue.

Anyway, you can feel free to move along and let me have my perspective. We don’t have to agree and I can tell we won’t. So thanks for sharing, albeit in a very twatty way. Enjoy your powerlifting program.
